Invision Films was started by John Grove, an up-and-coming Cinematographer, Editor, Camera Operator, Gaffer and Photographer in the Southern California area. The company was created to work with independent film professionals as a cinematographer/editor/artist to get their films completed.

--I work in the industry as cinematographer on feature/short films/ music videos. I also work as a freelance  Videographer/DP/Photographer for Live events and Documentaries.

-- In addition, I also work with professional actors and actresses by taking their Portraits/Headshots and editing their acting reels. 

A little about myself,

I fell in love with film making and photography in Maryland where I grew up. I received a degree from New York Film Academy then moved to Los Angeles where I received my Bachelors Degree in Cinematography at Columbia College of Hollywood. I own an Hvx200,Nikon D300,two 16gb P2 cards, Manfrotto tripod, Macbook pro with P2reader for easy HD footage loading, HD Monitor and Nikon prime lenses.I have worked as an Cinematographer on short/feature films shot on all formats 16mm,35mm and HD.
